Roofing: Corbel Roofing Co.
A premium roofer’s site built for the homeowner who just watched hail bounce off the driveway.
This is a concept, not client work. Corbel Roofing Co. is a fictional company we invented to show how we design for roofing contractors. The photos are licensed stock.

Who it’s for
Homeowners deciding on a roof replacement, checking for hail or wind damage, chasing a leak, or getting a roof inspected for a home sale. Most are on a phone, worried about cost, and wary of storm chasers.
The design challenge
Roofing has a trust problem: after every storm, homeowners get door-knocked by companies they’ve never heard of. The site has to feel established without inventing years in business or awards it can’t prove.
Visitors arrive for very different reasons, from an emergency leak to a calm replacement decision, and one generic hero can’t serve all of them.
The conversion strategy
Why the page is laid out the way it is. These are design decisions, not measured results; a concept site has no real visitors.
Route by situation, not by service list
The first section asks what brought you here (storm, leak, old roof, home sale) and sends each answer to the page that tells that homeowner what to do next.
Prove honesty with transparency
A sample itemized estimate shows every line of a real replacement, so the homeowner can compare quotes and sees the company has nothing to hide.
Help before selling
The storm section starts with what to do after hail, before anyone calls a roofer, including us. It also says plainly what the company won’t do with an insurance claim.
A short first step
The estimate form asks four things. Phone users get a sticky call and estimate bar on every page.
The look
A visual identity made for this one business. None of it is shared with the other concepts.

- Slate, limestone and weathered copper
- Big Shoulders Display headlines with Public Sans text
- A gable mark at a true 6/12 roof pitch, and a hero panel cut along a roof line
What’s in the demo
Every page works: navigation, forms with validation, and mobile layouts. Forms show a confirmation but send nothing.

- Roofing services
- Roof replacement
